Payment
Full payment in £ Stirling  ( CASH or cheque ) is required after every treatment and payment in full is required prior to formulating specifically requested items. Those items not collected in person will be despatched by post and charged at the appropriate rate . In the unfortunate event that your goods are damaged on arrival, please ensure that you sign for them as damaged and report any damage to us immediately so that we may take action to rectify the situation for you.
Balanced Life Therapies accepts no responsibility for items lost, mislaid or misplaced by the postal service.
Should it be necessary for you to return any items to us, please contact us before doing so. We will not accept returned items without prior arrangement and we accept no responsibility for inappropriate packaging, labelling or insurance of returned items.
